“You will never sing again”. Those words, told to Hallelujah, by doctors struck her to her core.

Hallelujah is an American Idol alumn, singer-songwriter and guitarist catering to the genre of Soul Rock. With a noticeable edge and soulful sound, Hallelujah takes an “organic” approach to creating and performing timeless original music. She has independently toured and performed in nearly 30 states rocking iconic stages, including the 2019 ASCAP Expo: Women in Music Showcase, The House of Blues, Sony Pictures Studio, Amplyfi, the Los Angeles Recording Academy, Hotel Café, The Apache, Musicians Institute of Los Angeles, Stompin’ Grounds, and the Grammy Museum. Hallelujah was selected by producer Don Was as a top 10 finalist for the national Guitar Center Singer-Songwriter Contest. In 2018, she was a contestant on American Idol. You can follow her journey on American Idol on the ABC network.

However, it hasn't been an easy road for Hallelujah. Due to an onset throat cancer scare, caused by a stomach condition, doctors said she wouldn't sing again as a result from damages to her lungs and vocal chords. After years of medications, test procedures and two surgeries later, today, Hallelujah has defied the odds and continues to prove them wrong.
